I have always been active. The kid that couldn’t wait to go to recess or play sports. Nowadays I use that love of moving and challenging my body teaching my classes online and in person.
When planning my classes my goal is to have a laugh or two, feel energized, strong, flexible and build inner calm.
Bonus! I get to wear fitness clothes everyday, talk to people and never have to workout alone.
For over six years, I have been focusing on active agers and programing through my local senior center. I have an ACE Personal Trainer and Health Coach Certifications as well as a Functional Aging Group Fitness Specialist from the Functional Aging Institute. A Member of the Age Well Collective Inaugural Mentorship program, I am a Master Trainer for N’Balance, a TaijiFit Instructor and Silver Sneakers Instructor. I am always striving to bring you the most up to date fitness instruction and I love to take trainings, so I am pretty much always taking a class to learn more about fitness.
