Now is a good time to review the healthy habits we’ve developed over the year and to start crafting goals for next year. A good place to start is by thinking about what we’ve put in place that is working great, what needs a tweak, and if there was a goal that needs a total revamp.


As we are looking back, we can begin to set our sights on new goals for the upcoming year and think about what success might look like for those new goals. Remember small consistent steps are the key to making changes.
