If you think cottage cheese isn't for you, we dare you to try this simply luscious recipe! When whipped, cottage cheese becomes velvety, and the tangy flavor is perfect with sweet peaches, cinnamon, and crunchy almonds.

Cottage cheese is rich in casein protein, which digests slowly and helps preserve lean muscle mass, a key factor in healthy aging. ¼ tsp vanilla extract

2 peaches, thinly sliced

smooth. Add the honey and vanilla

extract and pulse to combine.

Scrape the whipped cottage cheese
